Our team started as a retailer, working directly with brands to help them sell and grow online. We focused specifically on marketplaces, like Amazon, and one of the biggest challenges we saw from our brand partners was the difficultly in managing their selling policies and supply chains. Authorized retailers would break their Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy, brick and mortar retailers would create channel conflicts by selling on Amazon, and unknown resellers would create mayhem online causing major brand image issues. The brand's we worked with were unable to effectively solve these problems due to high costs of existing monitoring solutions and ineffective solutions to handle unknown resellers.
So we created Prism - an action-oriented and affordable brand protection solution.
